Flashing LED & ragni

[Curioso]

Ciao,

mentre l'altro giorno illuminavo con una torcia a LED un ragnetto che stavo "studiando", ho inavvertitamente attivato la modalità flash della torcia proprio mentre la fonte di luce si trovava davanti a lui.
Dopo aver spento la torcia mi è sembrato che il ragno si muovesse in modo un po' disorientato.

E' possibile che l'effetto flash di una torcia potente, già fastidioso per noi umani, sia per loro deleterio?

Google in tal senso non aiuta, pare che io sia l'unico ad essersi posto la domanda....

Mi rispondo parzialmente da solo (da una domanda simile su altro sito che non linko):

However, jumping spiders and true wolf spiders (look up Lycosidae) are susceptible. Same for net-casting spiders and possibly some huntsman spiders. These are the spiders that rely more on their sense of sight to navigate, locate, and capture prey. Jumping spiders are most known for their advanced eyesight, they can also see in color. Their superb vision is what makes them the most successful and diverse family of all arachnids. If you're using a high powered laser or an obscene concentration of sunlight, you might be doing more damage by overheating them than you are by making them blind.

Non lo definirei deleterio, ma sicuramente molto fastidioso. Questo è anche relativo alla specie presa in considerazione, visto che è noto che ci sono specie con maggiore sensibilità visiva

 

(del resto definiscono la maggior parte dei ragni animali lucifughi non per nulla)
