this scorpion is spreadind in southern part of Romania, in Danube Defile ( Iron Gates National Park ) and also in the Subcarpathian hills. The eastern site where we can find it in Europe is in the Buzau Subcarpathians - an "isle of warmth" (after my knowledge)[:)]

E.carpathicus is the single scorpion in Romania.
